Born in Lindsay, Ontario, Jim's love of sports and photography began at an early age.
Over the past six years, Jim has been honing his skills in various newspapers in Alberta, Ontario and Saskatchewan. During his time in the media he has been covering all sports, where he specializes in hockey, golf and basketball coverage.
Jim recently won a Saskatchewan Weekly Newspaper Association award for Best Saskatchewan Recreational Story and finished second in the Photographer of the Year competition.
Jim loves getting out and taking photographs and the challenge of creating unique images.
